By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. ✿ i. GENERAL TERMS

- Please be as patient and respectful as possible!
- I may decline your commission request if it is not within my skill set.
- Please do not trace or modify the commissioned piece!
- If you fail to follow any of these terms, I have the right to decline your order at any time throughout the process and provide a full refund.

✿ ii. PAYMENT

- All commissions must be paid full upfront.
- USD only through PayPal. I no longer accept Ko-fi payments!
- Do not send payments before I accept your order; I will initiate inquiries!
- No refunds or cancellations after the payment has been sent and received.

✿ iii. PROCESS

- After full payment is sent and received, I will send a sketch within a few days, and this is where you may request any changes or give me the OK to continue! Afterwards, I will also send a draft towards the end of the commission to check for feedback on colors, atmosphere, etc prior to delivering the final files!!- Turnaround time is 1-3 weeks depending on my schedule, health, etc. I will let you know if anything happens ahead of time!

- Each additional character will confer an additional cost as noted on my page!
- Any changes mid-order (after the sketch check-in) will confer an extra charge. This includes any major outfit changes, outfit additions/subtractions, etc.
- I will send a google drive link to the final, HD/unwatermarked PNG file by default at 300 DPI. Please let me know if you prefer JPG, transparent backgrounds, etc!

✿ v. COPYRIGHT POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner. Therefore, I am able to:
- use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself on any platform
- post and display the copyrighted artwork (twitter, instagram, etc.)As the commissioner, you hold the right to:
- use the copyrighted artwork for personal uses (icon, reference sheet, charms, polariods, personal merch, etc +)
- print the artwork and claim the rights of the characters, not the artwork itself
- use the artwork to promote themselves, given proper credit to the artistCOPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INCLUDES:
- reproducing/using the artwork commercially (making money of it in any way)
- taking credit for the creation of the artwork
- removing any watermarks or signatures
- altering the artwork without my consentIf the commissioner breaks the copyright policy, every right they previously had to the drawing will be retracted.!!! UPDATE: NEW ADDITION TO TOS- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT); any advertising / profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is prohibited.
- Clients are strictly prohibited from using artwork for generative artificial intelligence (AI), or any form of stable diffusion / machine learning software.Thank you :D !!!.
